Private villa

On the oceanfront of Øresund, an existing villa built in the mid-70s is undergoing renovation. Our aim was to tighten the concept of the white U-shaped box compound with lamellas that allow light to pass through while creating privacy and spaces within. The main functions are located in a center core which becomes a darker element to show a depth to the house seen from outside. Due to the inclement weather and reality of wind conditions living next to the ocean, various terraces were maintained and created to allow you to be outdoor all the times of the year.
