This project involved the transformative interior architecture of a historic villa inspired by classic castle aesthetics, blending timeless grandeur with modern functionality. Our design vision reimagined two distinct spaces within the building to harmonize luxury, utility, and sophistication.

Wintergarden to Wellness and Fitness Area

In a space of 186m², the villa's elegant wintergarden was converted into a serene wellness and fitness retreat. Preserving the character of the original architecture, we introduced contemporary materials and finishes that accentuate natural light, creating a tranquil environment for relaxation and vitality. Thoughtful zoning allowed for a seamless integration of exercise equipment, a spa area, and a lounge, all enhanced by custom-designed furnishings and a palette that balances modern luxury with the villa's historical charm.

Basement to Private Car Collection and Entertainment Space

The 515m² concrete basement was transformed into an extraordinary private car gallery, bar, and dining area. This ambitious redesign involved creating a sleek, climate-controlled environment with polished concrete floors and bespoke lighting to highlight an exceptional car collection. Adjacent to the display area, a luxurious bar and dining space were crafted to evoke exclusivity and intimacy, featuring high-end materials such as leather, dark wood, and brushed metal. The flow between the zones ensures a cohesive experience, allowing the owner to host in style while celebrating their automotive passion.
This project seamlessly fused the villa's historical grandeur with cutting-edge interior architecture, resulting in a stunning blend of past and present.
